We sign a data processing agreement with your clinic and explain exactly where data is held before you start.
Can the AI talk about tox or filler?
It can book consultations and answer general questions, but never promotes prescription-only medicines or gives medical advice. Clinical questions go to your team.
Can we keep our clinic phone number?
Yes. Calls can forward to the system, so clients keep calling the number they know.
