This policy explains how Momin Solutions (trading as OneBooked) collects and uses personal information when you visit onebooked.com, contact us, book a call or request an audit.
Who we are
Momin Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, 1 Hartley Avenue, East Ham, London E6 1NU, United Kingdom, and Momin Sol LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive STE 25547, Austin, TX 78731, United States (“we”, “us”). For visitors and clients in the UK and Europe, Momin Solutions Ltd is the data controller. For visitors and clients in the US and Canada, Momin Sol LLC is responsible for your information.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, country, website, the software you use and anything you write in forms, chat, WhatsApp or email.
- Booking information: the time you choose for a call and the details you enter when booking.
- Communication records: messages, call recordings or transcripts when you use our chat or AI receptionist demo, and your marketing preferences.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and cookies (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, run your free audit and hold strategy calls.
- To send you information you asked for, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To provide our services if you become a client, including billing and support.
- To keep our website secure, understand how it is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
We use your information on these bases under UK GDPR: consent (for marketing messages and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time), contract (to take steps you ask for before becoming a client, and to deliver our services), legitimate interests (to reply to business enquiries, secure and improve our website) and legal obligation (for accounting and tax records).
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect it. These include:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel), our CRM, forms, calendar, chat and messaging platform
- Our website hosting provider (Hostinger)
- Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on this website
- Messaging providers used to deliver SMS, WhatsApp and email
- Our accountants, lawyers and payment providers, where needed
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We work across the UK and US, and some of our providers store data in the United States. When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge, where applicable.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and marketing data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years in the UK).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. US residents in some states have similar rights, including the right to know what we hold and to ask us to delete it. Email hello@onebooked.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and remember your currency choice. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
